Dave Lizewski (Aaron Johnson), the average teenager and fan of comic books, inspired by their obsessions, decides to translate it into reality and become a superhero. As befits a true hero, he must have his name. Dave decides to nickname Kick-Ass, clothes the costume and mask, and then moves to fight crime. On the road to dreams, however, there is a problem - Kick-Ass does not have absolutely no superpowers. Nevertheless, his work has several followers, including allies of the new, 11-year-old, holder of the sword Hit-Girl (Chloe Moretz) and her father, Big Daddy (Nicolas Cage). Fighting along with new friends for justice and prosecuted by the types of stars from the dark Dave realizes that his life changed forever.
